Q:        Why go with a VAR, rather than directly with the manufacturer?
A:        We focus on customer solutions rather than product features and functions.  We normally work with customers who have a more complex environment or set of needs.  In each case we work with the customer to determine not only the correct products, but the most cost efficient and manageable solutions.  This is based on our experience of working with all of the SimpleSync customers who have selected the product since Day 1.

Q:        Onsite or Remote Support ?
A:        We believe that working with a customer onsite is always beneficial, but can work onsite or remote. 

Q:        When can you call Directory Solutions Group?
A:        We try to provide support around the clock, so will answer the phone or reply to emails at any time.  If you have a specific time for testing we will be glad to be available.

Q:        What ODBC data bases have you worked with?
A:        We have worked with Oracle, Access, SQL server, and CSV import/export from other data bases.

Q:        Where are you located?
A:        We are located in McLean, VA, just outside of Washington, D.C.
